Follow the label inside your garment first. General guidance:

• Cotton & linen: Machine wash cold with like colors; reshape and lay flat or hang to dry to reduce shrinkage.
• Knits: Hand wash or delicate cycle; dry flat away from direct heat.
• Blends & synthetics: Cool wash; low iron if needed; avoid bleach unless stated.
