Do you ship orders?
No. We do not offer shipping or local delivery. Every order is pick-up only at our Mississauga location. See our pick-up & order policy for address, hours, and steps.
How do I pick up my order?
After you pay online, wait for our email confirming your order is packed. Then visit during posted hours with a valid ID and your confirmation email (digital or printed).
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully at pick-up.
Why are sales final?
Keeping prices as low as possible for our community means we can't absorb the cost of returns and restocking. We're transparent up front so you can shop with clear expectations.
How do I pay?
Checkout is processed securely through Stripe. You may also add an optional Help and Support contribution at checkout.
